The SAI and the SIDs are prepared in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Mutual Fund) Regulations, 1996 as amended till date. Any change or amendment in the SIDs or SAI shall be carried out as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Mutual Fund) Regulations, 1996 as amended from time to time. The user or investor is requested to read SAI and SIDs completely and consult their independent professional and tax advisors before making an investment decision.
